Pindorama — the land of palm trees.
Pindorama is what the Tupi peoples called this territory before it became Brazil: the land of the palm trees. We chose this name deliberately. Technology also needs roots. Ours are Brazilian, and we carry that with pride — not as a marketing flourish, but as a genuine commitment to building tools that fit the reality of the people who live and work here.
From legal offices on the Santa Catarina coast to teams across every sector of the Brazilian economy, the problems we solve are specific to this context: the language, the regulation, the culture of work, the need for data sovereignty. Generic, imported solutions rarely account for any of that. We do.

Before Pirilampo was a product, it was a problem: a busy legal office struggling to manage the first moment of contact with clients — the messages that arrive at any hour, the documents that need organising before a lawyer can even begin, the deadlines that slip through the gaps of a crowded inbox. We lived that problem from the inside.
Rather than adopting a generic CRM or a chatbot designed for e-commerce, we built precisely what a law firm actually needs: an intelligent assistant that speaks to clients on WhatsApp, collects and structures case information, flags deadlines and passes everything to the legal team in an ordered, actionable format. The assistant is always identified as an assistant — there is no pretence of it being a lawyer, and it always escalates to a human the moment the client asks or the situation demands.

Understand the real work first.
Before we write a single line of code or configure any model, we spend time inside the actual operation. What does a typical Monday look like? Where does time disappear? What decisions are being delayed because information is scattered? The answers to these questions shape everything. We never arrive with a pre-packaged solution and reverse-engineer a problem to fit it.
Data in the right place.
Sensitive professional and client data belongs in infrastructure you control, governed by law you understand. Every product and integration we build defaults to Brazilian hosting, explicit data minimisation and access controls that make sense to the professionals using them. LGPD compliance is table stakes; genuine data custody is the goal.
AI supports — people decide.
Artificial intelligence is exceptionally good at handling volume, pattern recognition and structured retrieval. It is not designed to hold professional accountability, exercise ethical judgement or build the trust that comes from a real relationship. We design systems that respect that boundary rigorously. The AI does the heavy lifting; the qualified professional makes the call and carries the responsibility.
No magic — only measurable results.
We do not sell transformation. We deliver specific, scoped improvements that can be measured from the first week: time saved on a particular task, reduction in unanswered enquiries, improvement in deadline visibility. If a proposed automation cannot be justified by a concrete metric, we do not propose it. Clients deserve honesty about what AI can and cannot do — and we give it to them.
